Absolutely. Share your inspiration, dimensions, preferred colors, and timeline, and Melody will sketch a design, quote pricing, and confirm lead time before work begins. Collaboration continues through photos and emails until your bespoke stained-glass piece matches the vision perfectly, beautifully.

Small ready-made items usually ship within one business day. Custom sun catchers often take one to two weeks, while large windows can require up to three weeks. Melody confirms a clear timeframe when you place the order, so there are no surprises.

Yes. We carefully package every piece to travel safely and offer shipping across the United States and to most international destinations. Duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the buyer’s responsibility and will be collected by the carrier on delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service speed. We do not add handling fees. You will see the exact amount before you pay, allowing you to select the option that best fits your budget.

Lightweight sun catchers include a suction cup or jump ring; larger panels arrive with sturdy loops or hooks. Use nylon-coated wire, chain, or professional window hardware rated for the panel’s weight. Avoid pressure-fit frames that could stress the solder lines.

Gently dust with a soft, lint-free cloth. For fingerprints, apply a mild glass cleaner to the cloth—never directly onto the piece—and wipe. Dry thoroughly. Avoid ammonia, abrasive pads, or submerging the artwork, which could loosen came or damage patina finishes.

We pack every panel in double-walled boxes with custom foam corners and fragile labels. If your item arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim and arrange a suitable resolution.

Ready-made items may be returned within fourteen days of delivery in original, undamaged condition; please email first for an authorization. Because of their personalized nature, custom pieces are non-refundable once design approval and payment have been completed.

We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but a handwritten note can be included at no extra charge. Many customers present our sun catchers in decorative boxes or gift bags after delivery for an added personal touch of warm thoughtfulness.
